This is a small lot, single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon showing off in the glass with a vibrant ruby colour. You'll find black plum on the nose, black licorice, blackberry, and cassis aromas. Dry and full bodied to taste, with juicy fruit that mirrors the nose. Peppery refined tannins, black cherries, cassis, black olive juice, and cedar spice round off this balanced wine.
Pairing: Roast beef with yorkies, sheet pan roast vegetables with rosemary, thyme and cracked pepper.
Cellaring: You'll be rewarded if you cellar this wine through 2028, however it's drinking well now.
